Why the devotional exists
The woman behind the vision deserves to grow, too.
Building a business requires vision, strategy, discipline, and determination. But building a meaningful life requires more than business success. It requires faith, a strong foundation, a sense of purpose, and a community that encourages you to keep growing.
The WE Rock Morning Devotional was created from the belief that as women entrepreneurs, we need space to nurture the woman behind the business. A place to strengthen our relationship with God, seek His direction, renew our minds, grow through life's challenges, and become more intentional about how we live, lead, and serve.
Each morning offers an opportunity to pause before the demands of the day begin. Through scripture, prayer, reflection, shared wisdom, and community accountability, we encourage one another to grow spiritually, personally, and professionally.
The Morning Devotional is an extension of the WE Rock mission to empower women to grow in faith, walk boldly in their purpose, build thriving businesses, and create lives that reflect the women they are becoming.

Dr. Edeline Francois created the WE Rock Morning Devotional because she believes the woman behind the business deserves the same care she gives it. After years beside women founders, she watched how easily faith, wisdom, and the relationships that sustain us get crowded out by the demands of building, so she built a space to change that. A place to nurture faith, grow in wisdom, navigate life's challenges with honesty, develop meaningful relationships, and lead both life and business with intention.
Her background as an accountant and business consultant taught her to look beneath the surface to ask what is really working, what is being neglected, and what needs tending. That same instinct shapes the devotional: honest reflection, real accountability, and the courage to keep growing. It is free to join, and it is open to any woman entrepreneur ready to begin her mornings with purpose.
